Our district consists of three in-town elementary schools: EastsideLivingston, and Sunset; two rural elementary schools: Valley and WapitiCody Middle School, and Cody High School.  We encourage parents, guardians and other family members to be active in their children’s education, knowing that children achieve more when their parents and the school work together collaboratively and cooperatively.

School registration forms are available at the bottom of this page.  The Registration Form, Home Language Survey, School Nurse WyIR Access, Student Health Information, Field Trip Permission, and Request for Records must be completed for each student being registered.  Completed elementary registration forms should be submitted to the District Offices at 919 Cody Avenue; completed middle and high school registration forms may be submitted to those schools during the school year.  A current immunization record and birth certificate for each student is also required.

A confidentiality form is available upon request.  This form addresses the release of information about your child by the schools.  Once a parent/guardian signs this form, schools will not release directory information about the named student.

School meal program information and applications are distributed at the beginning of the school year and are available throughout the year from building secretaries.  If you have any questions about the school meal program, please call the School Nutrition Director at 587-4285.

The district provides bus transportation to and from school.  For more information, you may call the Bus Barn at 587-2851.

We will attempt to place elementary students at the school in your neighborhood or that you request; however, this is not always possible due to the policy requirement that class sizes be balanced across the district.  Parents of elementary students will be informed of their school assignment in August by a phone call from the building principal or secretary.
